Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

How are logs counted?

Each call to the SDK's wrap() or log() method counts as one log. This means one log per LLM API call. Batch processing and multi-message conversations are counted by API call.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes, annual billing saves you 2 months. For example, the Pro plan at $199/month x 12 months = $2,388 becomes $1,990 annually (about 17% off).

Can I extend data retention?

Enterprise plans offer custom data retention periods. We can accommodate retention beyond 1 year for compliance requirements. Contact us for details.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can restore your data by resubscribing within this period. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
