Your data is primarily stored in the AWS Tokyo Region (ap-northeast-1). Enterprise plan users can choose their data storage region.

Your data is retained for the following periods.

  • Account information: 30 days after account deletion
  • Log data: According to your subscription plan (Free: 7 days, Starter: 30 days, Pro: 90 days, Enterprise: Custom)
  • Payment history: Legal retention period (7 years)

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

You have the following rights regarding your personal information.

  • Right of access: You can request disclosure of personal information we hold
  • Right to rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right to erasure: You can request deletion of personal information
