What can I do with the free plan?+
The free plan allows up to 1,000 logs per month with 7 days of data retention. Up to 1 user can access, and you can set up to 3 alert rules. Email notifications are also supported.
Which LLM providers are supported?+
Currently, we support OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, and LangChain. Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Cohere support is coming soon.
Does it affect my app's performance?+
With asynchronous processing, the impact on your application is less than 3ms. You can safely use it in production environments. Synchronous mode is also available for serverless environments.
Where is my data stored?+
Your data is stored in AWS Tokyo region (ap-northeast-1). Region selection is also available for Enterprise plans. Communication is encrypted with TLS 1.3, and stored data is encrypted with AES-256.
How is PII (Personal Information) handled?+
When PII auto-detection is enabled, email addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, etc. are automatically masked. You can choose from mask / redact / hash masking methods.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes, you can upgrade/downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply from the next billing period.
Can I set permissions for team use?+
On Starter and above plans, you can invite team members and set Admin/Member/Viewer roles. You can also control access permissions on a per-project basis.
Is on-premise deployment available?+
On-premise deployment can be discussed for Enterprise plans. Please contact us for details.
